A) Uninstall any previous version, Delete all files & folders
1) Copy the APK to your Tablet
2) Install SimCity BuildIt v1.2.23.20736.apk
3) Copy the data to Root/Android/data/
3) Copy the Obb to Root/Android/obb/
4) Turn on Aeroplane Mode & start the game
If for any reason you need to turn Aeroplane mode off just turn
it off do what the game is asking & then turn it back on again
once done..

Updated Files:
1) Maxed out keys..
2) Maxed out money..
3) Maxed out cash..
4) Bought ALL remaining land :) 24 Squares
5) Removed all remaining buildings..
6) Ensured that my patched files will still work on the
next update & hopefully future updates..
7) Go into Google Market, Settings, DO Not Auto Update My Apps..
Fixes the issue of wondering if your city is going to get wiped out
if you forget to enable Aeroplane Mode !!
8) Converts the Google Retail install to offline patched (Needs further testing) these convert the current store version.. If they update it I'll probably need to repatch them..
Tested these files on a retail install on 2 separate tablets & the files convert the retail to offline patched.. If someone wants to have a go & uve a spare tablet let me know how it goes... You can only use the files below or you'll loose parts of the patch..
If you wish to help me test it.. Install a fresh copy of the game from the Google Market.. Download my New patched files & add them as if its the downloaded version off here.. Switch to aeroplane mode then start the game up & post any errors or bugs..
